A delicious bowl of Ramen Noodles in savory Umami Soup Broth. This recipe has the ramen topped with pork, nori, leek, and others, but you may add or substitute the ingredients you like!
Boil the Ramen noodles, drain them and set them aside. Steep the Umami Soup Broth sachet in 1 cup of simmering water. Add the soy sauce and the Chinese soup seasoning. Stir it well and then remove from heat. In a large serving bowl, pour in the still hot broth and add the ramen noodles. Top the noodles with sliced pork, menma, egg, leek and nori. Serve it hot.
