Place the chicken on a pan or cutting board. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and flour. Roll the chicken in the flour until it is evenly covered. Oil the pan and fry the chicken on medium heat. Simmer until it is golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove from heat and drain most of the oil. Add the Yuzu Miso Dressing and fry it on medium heat again, stirring well. Transfer to a plate and serve with salad or a vegetable of your choice.
